Customer Reviews

Nikki is just a beautiful person inside and out, always there at the drop of a hat, picks you up when your down, makes you laugh about the craziest things in life and is just an amazing all round lovely lady.

I’m so privileged to have been in a position to purchase all these wonderful handmade gifts from Nikki. The obvious ones are my love of Stags and Highland Cows.

But I was super excited when Nikki told me about a new Gonk range she was bringing out as that’s another favourite in my family. Her wonderful handmade Gonk desk organiser. To say I’m delighted is an understatement I’m super happy these are super cute and just amazing. Nikki’s attention to detail is just phenomenal and more than 1st class.

Nikki, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there for me this week especially and for all the laughs Xx

Nikki I loved this sign as soon as I saw it so had to get it from Nikki’s Crafts and I love it I also asked Nikki to make me a sign for Parker too. He loves pretending he’s a teacher and now he has his own class sign and he is so happy with it! Recommend giving Nikki’s page a browse, it’s lovely

From the moment I saw the items online and clicked the link to go to her website and place the order the whole process was smooth and straight forward.

I really love how Nikki carries her beautiful lilac colour scheme all the way through from her Facebook posts to the packaging and wrapping on her parcels. It all looks so professional and makes her posts easy to spot when scrolling through.

Well what an absolute pleasure it was receiving and opening this lovely parcel.

The package was in Nikki’s beautiful trademark lilac with pretty tape to secure it and when I opened it what a delight. You can see from these image the beautiful way the contents were packed and presented.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Nikki, lovely lady, very approachable and yet still professional. Do drop by her Facebook page Nikki’s Crafts and give her a follow and pop by her stunning website to see her beautifully hand crafted work. https://nikkis-crafts.co.uk/

Thank you Nikki I am truly delighted with the order and will be back for more soon. x

I ordered a gorgeous Gnome pencil pot from Nikki and she was ever so helpful especially as I was little undecided on what I wanted.

She was very patient with me

The finished product is absolutely gorgeous and is in pride of place in my little office under the stairs.

It is so important to me to let people know how good their products are and to share anything I have personally purchased from them. As I believe in 100% supporting small businesses and their dreams and passions. It’s truly worth its weight in gold.

I had seen Nikki’s fabulous designs on her page, along with networking posts and through corresponding with her these fabulous gifts were purchased.

Nikki’s customer service is truly 1st class, she offered me photographs through the process of my gift being wrapped especially for my Mum as a special gift for Mothers Day but her helpfulness and absolute outstanding empathy of capturing a special occasion and what the customers needs are just wonderful.

Your customer service is phenomenal, with extremely prompt delivery and exceptional quality of workmanship.

Thank you so so much lovely lady. Your one in million Xx

S Kerr.
